Above Knights Ferry
Got a chance to get out and get some sun while trying out a new backpack on Friday while it wasn’t raining. The hills are nice and green thanks to all the rain we’ve been having.

Even though it’s been raining and windy the trees still took time to bring out their finery and put on a show of blossoms. This one from our nectarine tree. Sure she’s older but she’s still beautiful.

Inside the Bridge
When I was younger you could walk from rail to rail in the bridge and horse drawn carriages were allowed to cross. Now only a slim walkway in the center is open for pedestrian traffic. I hope that whatever they do to the bridge to restore it, they open back up the full width for…

Covered Bridge
I thought I’d upload this picture because the covered bridge in Knights Ferry is now closed due to wood damage. There’s no immediate time for reopening. The bridge is one of my favorite spots to go for a nice walk.
